The type of fabric special printing technology

With the rapid development of China's industry, a large number of new products have emerged. Screen printing technology has been widely used in various industrial products, especially electronic products, various packaging and printing products, textile printing and dyeing products, and ceramic printing products. In the mid-1980s, modern screen printing technology began to rapidly spread in China. Especially in textiles, silk screen and special printing technology increased the added value and appreciation value of goods, and enriched people's lives.

Fabric special printing technology is developed on the basis of silk screen technology. Various types of foaming printing, photoluminescent printing, electro-aluminum transfer printing, electrostatic transfer printing, discoloration printing, fragrance printing, photosensitive printing, etc. have the same features as traditional printing technologies. point. So we collectively call them "fabric special prints." The application of special printing also promotes the development of screen printing technology.

1. Electrochemical aluminum transfer printing.

Electrochemical aluminum transfer printing and flocking transfer printing are similar, that is, they are all solid phase transfer by hot pressing.

It is the use of vacuum coating method to form a variety of colors on the polyester film, the current domestic aluminum has six colors. Electrochemical aluminum is used as a high-grade mounting material and has been widely used in paper and plastic products. The traditional “bronze” (electro-aluminum transfer) process is accomplished by heating and pressing of a letterpress (copper and zinc plate), and the clarity and fastness of hot stamping on the fabric cannot be solved.

The use of screen printing methods to transfer galvanized aluminum fabric printing has many advantages such as easy operation, low cost, attractive appearance, and good washability. At the same time can also enrich the variety of fabrics. Electro-aluminum transfer printing operation is similar to ordinary printing except that it has a hot pressing transfer process.

2. Photoluminescent printing

Photoluminescent printing features. Photoluminescent printing uses a special coating paste containing photoluminescent solids and other additives. After being irradiated with light, the photoluminescent solids can emit light in the dark, and can maintain a certain time (about 20 minutes), and then have a luminescent effect after light irradiation. The photoluminescent luminous device does not contain radioactive substances and is harmless to the human body.

Photoluminescent printing is similar to general printing. At present, domestic luminous printing paste has three colors: light yellow, green and orange.

Photoluminescent printing materials can be printed on various kinds of fabrics. The printing on cotton fabrics and polyester/cotton fabrics is excellent in both fastness to washing and fastness to rubbing.

Photoluminescent printing has a long light life. It usually has a luminescent effect within three years after fabric printing.

The use of photoluminescent prints allows fabrics to display crystal colorful patterns in the dark, giving the fabric a dynamic effect.

The use of photoluminescent printing. Its decorative effect on the fabric is very significant, especially children's clothing printed with a variety of animal motifs, in the dark to see the sparkling, vivid patterns do not have some fun.

Photoluminescent printing also has its practical effects, such as: military, railway, mining areas, theaters and other workers on the clothing logo, using photoluminescent printing in the dark to facilitate identification.

Photoluminescent printing should also be combined with other special printing to receive better results. Pure light-emitting printing shows no special effect in the light, even if it does not seem to be normal printing, these should be considered in the design of fabric products.

3. Fluorescent printing

Fluorescent printing is different from light printing. Fluorescence was first discovered in natural fluorite (also known as fluorite), and it emits a non-primary-colored flash of light under the irradiation of ultraviolet light (such as sunlight). Fluorescence flash is not caused by the reflection of light caused by high temperatures. When the light source is removed, there is no reflected light and flash phenomenon, which is different from phosphorescence. Fluorescence is a type of flash that reflects ultraviolet light into visible light, increasing the amount of reflected light and increasing brightness. Such as the common fluorescent whitening agent, it can absorb the ultraviolet light that can not be seen by the naked eye and reflect blue light or blue-green light, offsetting the complementary yellow light on the cotton cloth, making the cotton cloth more white. The fluorescent coating itself is not a luminescent dye. In short, it is an optical brightener with a primary color. The more ultraviolet content it emits, the stronger the fluorescence, and the main color will not be thickened. There is no UV Under the monochromatic visible light, only the main color is displayed without significant fluorescence, which is where the fluorescent paint (or dye) is different from the normal dye. For example, a fabric dyed with a common dye (such as salt lake blue) is exposed to ultraviolet rays and becomes black instead of lake blue, because ultraviolet rays do not contain blue-green and any visible light, but will have strong fluorescence The salt-based rose-red dyed fabric, illuminated with the same UV light, produces bright red-yellow fluorescence, which means it can turn the short-wave UV light into a long wave visible to the inner eye.

4. Gold and silver printing

Gold and silver powder printing gold and silver powder are actually copper-zinc alloy and pure aluminum powder. Gold powder is divided into light golden, medium golden and dark golden by color. Silver powder contains 99.5% pure aluminum. Due to the active nature of aluminum powder, the surface is easy to generate oxidized strands, and the lower explosive density of powder in air is 27~50g/cm3, and water will release hydrogen, affecting the stability of color paste, so it is less practical than gold powder. Printing is common. The following focuses on the process of gold powder printing points.

5. Paint foam printing

An aqueous solution containing a thickener (0.1-5% by weight), binder (1-10% by weight), and surfactant (1-5% by weight) is insoluble The mixture is stirred in the presence of inert gas in water to form a foam having a volume of 1.5 to 3 times the volume of the original aqueous solution, and then mixed with the coating to prepare a foam printing paste. Fabric printing with this foam printing paste is called foam printing.

6. Discoloration printing

Some substances are subject to changes in the environment, especially color changes. Discoloration printing is the addition of special chemicals in the printed material, so that the color of the printed pattern changes with changes in light intensity, temperature, and humidity. Different chemicals have different conditions for discoloration, so people can design many different types of discoloration printing.

Discolored printing has both its practical value and its artistic value. So continue to get application development.

7. Scent printing

When the fabric printing material is provided with a fragrance, a scent is generated on the fabric. However, as the fragrance is volatilized, the fragrance on the fabric disappears quickly. In order to prolong the fragrance retention time of the fabric, the printed material is also formulated with a special resin to match the fragrance, so that the fragrance can be stored in the resin particles (capsules) and the fragrance release is slow. Another is the use of blended flavors, on the one hand to achieve the desired flavor, on the other hand can also be appropriate to slow down the disappearance of flavor.

The scent printing not only gives people a visually beautiful enjoyment, but also has an olfactory satisfaction. Therefore, the fragrance printing is widely used in many fabrics such as clothes, sheets, handkerchiefs, scarves, socks, and the like.

8. Diamond printing and pearl printing

Diamond prints and pearl prints give the fabric a special light reflection and a special gloss effect.

The diamond printing paste has a micro-shaped reflector body. This micro-shaped reflector has a strong light to reflect, resulting in the effect of diamond light. In order to make a special micro-reflector firmly attached to the fabric, a protective agent, a binder and other additives are also included in the slurry.

Pearlescent printing paste is equipped with special inorganic crystals. This kind of crystal has multi-faceted reflection properties, which can form a very uniform and strong diffusion, so that the printed pattern produces pearl-like luster.
