Worldlabel Releases Infinity v1RFID Smart Label Packaging Machine

World label, an international subsidiary of Innotech Resources Pte Ltd, an advanced label manufacturing and RFID packaging technology specialist, released the first RFID labeling machine Infinity V1 in Singapore. The packaging machine is suitable for different markets due to its excellent flexibility, including supply chain, packaging, medicine, luggage tracking tags and other applications.

This new machine offers a way to accurately package RFID tags or Inlays on paper labels at low cost, even with different sizes of labels in each lot and different types of RFID tags in different areas Tasks in the tab. Infinity V1 has many unique processing and technology patents, providing the highest read rate in the industry. The novel real-time bad signature detection and removal system ensures maximum quality, reliability and readability of the label.

This machine has high flexibility and compactness. It can meet different size label packaging requirements and can fit different types and sizes of RFID tags according to customers' requirements. The target output of this machine is to complete at least 100 tags per minute.

According to customer requirements, RFID tags can be packaged anywhere on the tag with an accuracy of up to 1mm.

The operation of the machine is automatic water-flow packaging, such as lamination and cutting process. Its buffer device can meet the requirements of up to 800mm reel, which makes it easier to connect the machine to the package.

In addition, a feature of Infinity V1 is that during the packaging process, from inserting Inlay to finishing, it is first to detect the readability of the RFID tag and then package it. RFID tags that do not pass the test will not be encapsulated. Only readable RFID tags will be completed during the encapsulation process, which saves extra costs and time saved due to bad signatures.

The machine will be produced in Singapore and the current delivery date is approximately 12 weeks.
