1. Scope of application HH.CP series is a newly developed carbon dioxide incubator (hereinafter referred to as CO2 box). This series of products is divided into two types: water jacket type and air jacket type. There are four specifications of 80 liters and 160 liters for different users. This series of products are necessary equipment for research in immunology, oncology, genetics and biological gene engineering, and are widely used in scientific research and production departments such as medicine, agricultural science, and pharmacology. 2. Structure Overview The CO2 box is composed of a box, an inner tank (working room), a temperature control device, a CO2 concentration control device, and a gas circulation device. The box body is a table-top frame structure, the exterior is sprayed with plastic, which is bright and beautiful. The control device and various displays are installed on the side of the CO2 box, which is easy to operate. The water-jacketed liner uses a stainless steel water jacket structure to improve corrosion resistance and thermal insulation performance. The gas-jacket type heating uses electric heating film to bundle the heating, and the temperature rises quickly and the uniformity is good. CO2 box adopts double door structure. The outer door adopts magnetic door seal to ensure the tightness of the CO2 box. The inner door is a glass door for easy observation. In order to make the glass door difficult to condense, the outer door has a heating function, its temperature is slightly higher than the temperature of the working room, the product has been adjusted when leaving the factory. At the same time, a door control switch is installed on the back of the glass door. When the glass door is opened, it can automatically cut off the heating, inflation and gas circulation circuits, which can prevent the invasion of external pollution and the overshoot of temperature and CO2 concentration.
