[Reporter]: Hu, thank you for accepting Sohu Home Interview! According to reports, this year, due to the impact of the big environment, the overall sales of the furniture market is general, here I would like to ask how our Maige market performance this year?
[Hu Fangxu]: Our Maige market performance is still ok this year, mainly because we are different from traditional furniture companies. In fact, many people in the market have some deviations from our position on the positioning of our products. Our Maige is mainly a plate base, which means that the finished products of the furniture are essential materials. Our Maige furniture only enters the market as a pioneer in the board base. It plays a role in collecting information in the market. That is to say, Maige has stores in the national market, which is convenient for us to collect market trends and product updates. Play a leading role.
At present, our main order channel is to provide support for many brands, such as wardrobes and cabinets. Originally, we gave them raw material plates. Now we output the plates, that is, the finished products, and give them a base for B2C. At the same time, we also have our engineering department. We are also directly responding to the call of the country. The national policy is inclined to the hardcover room. We have predicted this direction for the first two years. We started this base to directly direct the B2C to grounding. They are hardcover. The house is well equipped with furniture, shortening the link of the middle channel, and really let the people get a real and inexpensive platform.
[Reporter]: So how has the sales performance changed compared with previous years? Is there any number to speak?
[Hu Fangxu]: We have increased by nearly 50% this year compared to last year.
Weijue, Weishang, first- and second-tier cities, Weimei, third-tier cities
[Reporter]: I have learned that Maige has three series of products: Weijue, Weishang and Weimei. Which of the three series of products has the best consumer response?
[Hu Fangxu]: This is different, the market is different. We are the first-tier cities and second-tier cities. We are taking more of these two series. Our company is in the third-tier city, because our positioning is set in the third-tier market. Our VEGA may be more favorable in price and the style design is more in line with the third-tier market. Our Weijue and Weishang design Positioning is in line with the primary market, so our two series take the primary market.
[Reporter]: Weijue and Weishang are taking the first and second tier cities, and Weimei is taking the third and fourth tier markets. You mentioned the city of 1 2, 3, 4, and 4, when I interviewed two days ago, some business executives talked about the sinking of the channel. They used to target the city of Beishangguang, but this year the channel sinks and may even be in the fourth-tier cities. There is a store image, do we have any plans for this?
[Hu Fangxu]: Yes. Overall, we think that sales from county towns and prefecture-level cities are better, and the sales volume is much smaller than that of first-tier cities. From channel expansion to rent, all aspects are cheap, including its labor costs. It is low, and the purchasing power is still quite strong.

[Hu Fangxu]: More than 20 have been opened this year.
[Reporter]: In which areas are most of these stores distributed?
[Hu Fangxu]: We are relatively uniform. Unlike many enterprises, there may be more in the north or more in the middle. We are almost evenly distributed in the south, north, northwest and central regions. After dividing the five regions from the positioning, they are all Synchronized.
