1 Cavity scraper polishing mechanism
KBA105 adopts cavity squeegee glazing mechanism. The cavity squeegee glazing method adopts anilox roller to measure glazing oil. Its two blades form a closed cavity. A special glazing oil circulation box supplies glazing to the cavity Oil, excess glazing oil flows back to the circulation box through another pipeline. The oil path of the cavity scraper glazing mechanism is short, and the glazing oil does not contact the outside atmosphere, which reduces the volatilization of the varnish and avoids the chemical reaction with the oxygen in the air.
The pressure between the cavity scraper and the anilox roller will affect the thickness of the varnish layer on the surface of the anilox roller. If the varnish layer is too thick, varnish splashing will occur, causing waste; if the varnish layer is too thin, it will affect the glazing effect. The pressure between the cavity scraper and the anilox roller can be adjusted by controlling the air pressure valve of the cavity scraper. KBA105 also often adjusts the pressure between the anilox roller and the glazing plate cylinder and the pressure between the glazing plate cylinder and the impression cylinder to meet various glazing effects in terms of controlling the thickness of the varnish layer on the surface of the printed matter.
2 Varnishing oil circulation system

4 Glazing accessories
