Ink technology in transparent folding plastic box printing

First, transparent plastic box printing technology and ink

At present, the technology for printing transparent plastic boxes presents a situation in which offset printing, screen printing, flexo printing, and gravure printing coexist. The ink used is mainly solvent ink and UV ink. As we all know, with the implementation of the EU ROHS decree, human beings pay more and more attention to the environmental protection of the environment, together with the inherent environmental protection, high efficiency, and energy-saving features of UV inks, which have led to the widespread use of UV inks in transparent folding plastic box printing.

From the point of view of offset printing, silk screen printing, flexo printing, and gravure printing, offset printing is used to exquisitely print the dots and is favored by many users. However, the disadvantage is that secondary processing is required after printing, which takes time and labor, and investment in the site and equipment is large. Silk screen is strong in its three-dimensional sense, flexible in small batches and welcomed by a large number of users. The disadvantage is its low efficiency and its inability to achieve mass production. Flexo will lead the trend in the future transparent folding plastic box printing processing with its powerful on-line processing capability and flexible module combination (offset printing, flexo printing, gravure printing, and silk screen integration).

Second, UV ink in the transparent plastic box printing common problems and solutions
