2. Installation and commissioning
1. Machine installation:
The whole machine can be hoisted by wire ropes on the top, and can also be handled by forklift. The machine should be leveled before the machine is in place.
2. Installation of power cord:
The cable specifications are compatible with the motor power, voltage and current. The cable is connected with a flexible cable through the main switch, through the wire tube or socket plug; the cable enters the electrical box through the outlet coil behind the base.
The steering of the motor should be consistent with the indication label (that is, the counterclockwise rotation is seen from the outer end of the pulley on the motor). The triangle belt should be removed before proofreading the steering, and the triangle belt should be installed after proofreading. Correctness.

4. Adjustment of filling depth
Loosen the set screws on both sides of the filling adjustment nut. Place the nut down to increase the filling depth. After adjustment, the tightening screw must be tightened. Note that the filling depth must not exceed 45mm.
5. Adjustment of tablet thickness
The eccentric sleeve 35 on the eccentric housing 05 connected to the upper punch is equipped with a scale, and its value indicates the depth of the upper punch into the middle die. After adjusting, loosen the tightening bolts on the eccentric housing 05 first, and then drive the eccentric sleeve 35 through the bevel gear to adjust the thickness. After adjustment, the bolts and nuts must be tightened to prevent loosening.
6. Film adjustment
Turn the pulley (forward rotation) to make the lower punch rise to the highest position, loosen the screws on both sides of the blade adjustment nut, and rotate the blade adjustment nut to make the upper end face of the lower punch flush with the end face of the middle mold. Side screws.
7. Feeder adjustment
Turn the pulley to make the upper end face of the lower punch rise to the highest level (level with the middle die), adjust the flexible joint (the nut should be loosened before adjustment), so that the front face of the feeder is close to the outer edge of the lower punch and firm the nut, then rotate the pulley (Must turn forward) Just make the feeder move forward and backward several times and still meet the requirements.
8. The position adjustment of the undershoot lever directly affects the stability of the filling amount. Rotate the pulley to make the lower punch down to the lowest position, that is, fill the adjusting nut close to the body, adjust the upper and lower nuts, so that the half head of the lower punch lever is close to the upper end surface of the filling adjusting nut, and tighten the upper and lower nuts.
3. Use and operation
1. Before using the machine, check whether the die has quality problems such as missing edges, cracks, deformation, etc., and check whether the devices of the machine are intact.
2. Check whether the original granules meet the requirements, and the fine powder content in the granules should not exceed 10%, so as not to affect the performance and life of the machine.
3. Before driving, use the hand to turn the pulley or the jog button to test the pressure to ensure that the tablet meets the requirements. After the machine runs normally, it can be turned on and put into production.
4. The machine is equipped with a jog button for reversing. When lamination occurs, lamination or sticking to the punching and squeezing car and checking the situation of the upper punching die can be used. 5. Pay attention to the operation of the machine at any time during use. If there is abnormal sound, it should be stopped and checked, and the fault should be eliminated before use.
4. Maintenance and protection
1. There are oil cups on the machine parts, which can be filled with lubricating oil or grease according to the type of oil cup. All oil should be added once before starting up, and the bearing temperature and operating conditions can be added during production.
2. Regularly check whether the machine parts are running flexibly and wear out, and if defects are found, they should be repaired in time.
3. When one use is finished or the production is stopped, the residual powder of each part of the machine should be brushed off; if the use time is long, the die must be removed, the machine should be wiped clean, and the machine parts should be coated with anti-rust oil.
4. Maintenance of the die: scrub clean, dry coated with anti-rust grease, put it in a suitable container, keep it clean and prevent knocking damage.
Five, matters needing attention
1. Pay attention to the running direction of the machine when connecting the power supply, and do not reverse it; the table will not damage the machine parts.
2. When commissioning the machine, the power supply should be cut off to avoid injury.
3. The reverse point transport button can only be used when rushing into the die during pressure relief or debugging observation, and cannot be used at will, so as not to damage the machine parts and cause accidents.
4. The protective cover and safety cover on the machine should be installed before use and cannot be removed.

6. The adjustment of machine parts or troubleshooting should be stopped to avoid personal injury.
7. When refueling, do not allow the oil to spill out, so as not to affect the quality of the tablet by pollutants.
6. Instructions
1. Before use, the quality of the die must be checked repeatedly, whether there are missing edges, cracks, deformation and tightness, and whether the device is complete and good.
2. Check whether the powder of the granule raw material is dry and the powder content in the granule should not exceed 10%. If it is not qualified, do not press hard, otherwise it will affect the normal operation of the machine and the service life and loss of raw materials.
3. For the first test run, the indicator needle controlled by the pressure regulator should be placed on 6, the powder should be poured into the bucket, and the hand wheel of the test drive should be turned by hand.
