The ESS Technologies' straight fill/seal microtubes and microbottles use the latest technology to create a precise high-speed system for automatic filling and capping. The model provides a 120MB servo filling and sealing design that enables the system to handle more than 100 microtubes per minute. The large, full-color touch screen, operator interface provides a servo control of the submersible nozzle and the pump's satisfaction rate.
The unique feed tube design provides a direct feed system in the zero gap turret, eliminating the need for a container. This allows quick and easy switching and can be completed in less than 15 minutes. Eliminating the feed also reduces the floor space required for the overall system installation. The ESS design upper limit station and magnetic stainless steel clutch system ensure accurate, reliable and repeatable results. The optional servo system can be torqued to allow direct torque feedback for each container. The sensor verifies correct capping.
The mechanical filling system can specify a lower filling speed or system, which requires essentially safe controls. The Model MB 60 uses servo control to fill up to 60 micro-per-minute tubes, mechanically, and a single pitch-MB 40 is filled with 40 differential tubes per minute. Stainless steel exterior and hard anodized aluminum inner frame for easy cleaning. The Lexan, built for mechanical protection standards, is an aluminum profile panel that ensures safe operating conditions.
