1, design, typesetting

When printing vertically, it is better to use software's automatic imposition function to bring three business cards. If you want to master the printing time, you usually use sulfuric acid paper or laser film (Mao Membrane) printing time is about 3-4 minutes, the use of electronic film printing time is 1-1.5 minutes, in addition to the concentration of the developer must master. Under the premise that the developer is moderate, if the text on the PS plate after development is not clear and lacks strokes, it indicates that the printing time is too long. On the contrary, if the bottom ash appears on the PS plate, the printing time is too short. A slick PS plate requires clear text, no noise, and no bottom ash after development. Rinse the front and back faces of the developed PS plate with clean water. Use a hole punch to punch the holes at both ends of the PS plate. Put the well-polished PS plate in clean water.

3, on the ink

After the preparation for printing is completed, formal printing work can be performed. First of all, to give the ink on the offset press, the specific steps are as follows:

 1 Turn on the power of the offset press, press the “Speed ​​Control” button, and then press the “+” button to adjust the printing speed to 5-6 steps. Then apply the ink evenly on the ink roller with a thin bamboo stick. Press the "Start/Stop" button to start the machine, then press the "+" again. This will cause both the water roller and the ink roller to ink. (If the printing plate has a large area in the field or when the number of printing is large, do not apply ink directly to the ink fountain roller. Instead, apply the ink to the ink fountain so that the offset machine automatically inks the ink. The ink is uniform.)

2 After turning on the machine for one minute, let the water roller and ink roller make ink evenly. Press the “Start/Stop” button again to stop. Hang the water tray to the back of the machine and inject proper amount of water into the water tray. The height of the water is not The overflow tray prevails.

4, hanging PS version

The well-printed PS plate is taken out of the clean water and hung on the plate slide block of the roller on the offset printing machine. Note that before hanging the PS plate, the two hanging plates on the roller should be pushed into the middle of the roller and aligned. This will ensure that the PS version is upheld. It is also important to note that if the business card has a large area of ​​color blocks, the business card paper will not be stuck on the blanket when the business card is printed. Touch with the paper (turn the PS plate upside down) so that the business card paper and blanket separation will be smooth. When performing full-page printing or printing a synthetic card (removable) business card paper, it is best to use some spray (anti-blocking agent) to prevent blocking.

5, adjust the printing position

 After hanging the 1PS version, a dozen waste business card papers (commonly known as over-wheel paper) are placed in the paper rack to adjust the position of the business card.

 2 Press the "Start" button to move the clutch to the "closed" position. Turn the machine up and press the "Control" button. Then press the "+" button to adjust the amount of water to 18-20. After the PS plate is evenly inked and is not dirty, press the "trial" button again to have the text on the PS plate printed on the blanket.

 3 Press the “Print” button. When the paper pusher automatically pushes the business card paper into the machine, press the “Print” button again, and the machine will automatically stop past the business card paper and stop feeding. Take out the first printed business card. At this time, the general location of the business card paper will be inaccurate. You need to adjust the business card by using the adjustment screw on the middle roller and the left and right stoppers on the paper board and the hanging block slider on the upper roller. The position is generally adjusted several times until the position printed on the paper is correct.

 4 Replace with a clean business card paper, adjust the printing speed, press the "Print" button, so that the exquisite business card will be printed out.

6, keep a good printing effect

The characteristics of the PS version are: Water repellency is strong where there are characters, and hydrophilicity is strong where no words are left blank. When printed in this way, the PS plate has a place where the characters are sticky, and where there is no character space, the ink is not sticky. Then the ink is printed on the blanket through the PS plate, and then transferred onto the name plate paper through the blanket. Therefore, it is very important to maintain the balance of water and ink during the printing process, and it is also the key to printing a good business card.

In the printing process, if the amount of water is too large, the ink will appear light, the text will appear imaginary, and a horizontal water mark will appear when printed with a large area of ​​color. 7, cleaning machine:

When the business card is printed or a color is printed, the offset printing machine needs to be thoroughly cleaned. Wash the machine with petrol or a special cleaning solution, use about 15 ml, 1-2 minutes to clean.
