INMERO is located in Upper Silesia and was founded in 2003. In the first three years, more than 40 different types of innovative machines and equipment were built and put into production for customers based on their experience in machinery and equipment manufacturing.
INMERO, which started in the field of ice cream production, has begun to expand its product range to other packaging areas in the past six months. They introduced two new types of machines to the market. Based on the compact structure of the model and the availability of various packaging products, the two machines have received intense attention from food production companies.
Three- dimensional packaging BRICK LINEAR is an automatic linear machine for packaging "cubes". Its innovative design enables packaging of products such as ice cream, wafer ice cream, cottage cheese, lard or butter. Another innovation is that it can use a variety of packaging materials, such as: aluminum foil, parchment (oily film) and mineral foil.
The central control display system is a 10.4" color Power Panel. The software provides machine control functions, operating condition adjustments, and display device status details. The X20's distributed I/O greatly reduces system wiring and simplifies electrical systems.
The machine is equipped with six intelligent digital servo drives ACOPOS with control system, connected using Ethernet POWERlink. This type of application enables real-time synchronization of the machine axes, which ensures standard cube shapes and accurate filling. The feed device is equipped with an optical tube sensor, which is directly connected to the ACOPOS system. This allows accurate cutting according to the length of the mark or indication. Significant increase in productivity should be attributed to this production line.
The carton pack HORIZonTAL CARTonER is a machine that uses a cardboard box for automatic horizontal packaging. Their vacuum suction nozzles grab the carton from the warehouse and open them and put on the transfer belt. During the transfer process, the bottom cover is closed and then transported to the loading area to load the product to be packaged. The transmission is carried out by a sync transfer belt, and then the box is closed and the gun system heats the glue seal synchronously.
The machine consists of a frequency converter, a valve island and a glue supply device. The B&R Power Panel is used as the main control and display system. The CAN-connected drive allows the machine to function perfectly, displaying not only machine status information but also operating conditions.
The main advantage of the B&R solution is the automation system and a software tool, Automation Studio, which created a complete set of perfect integrated systems for control, display, motion control and communication.
