The domestic first soft bag packing machine model DXX1201 developed by Wuhan Rentian Packaging Machinery Co., Ltd. has already started trials at the Salt Company in Jilin Province, Changchun. After two months of unstable period, all operating parameters reached the design expectations, marking the successful development of the first domestic soft bag packing machine.
The DXX1201 carton packer consists of five parts: (1) the bin picking device is used to place the empty bin in place; (2) the stacking bag device is used for counting and layering the package; (3) the filling device is layered (4) The delivery device will output the carton; and (5) The electronic control system and the electric control cabinet are used for the control of the cartoner and the whole production line.
The machine is equipped with automatic control function. It requires only one person for all working processes, which fills the gaps in the country and reduces the cost of imports. It has contributed to the development of Chinese packaging machinery, especially secondary packaging machinery.
