Valmet provides Valmet DNA automation system and Valmet IQ quality control system to the tissue machines Nos. 7, 8, 9 and 10 of Jiangxi Taisheng Paper Jiujiang Factory. Advanced automation technology will enable the performance of these paper machines to be further optimized and the quality of the products will be greatly improved. Orders are included in Valmet's new orders for the first quarter of 2017.
Valmet's delivery includes the Valmet DNA dispersion control system and the Valmet IQ Quality Control System (QCS) with scanning sensor. One of the highlights of the QCS quality control system is the Valmet IQ fiber measurement sensor, which measures both fiber weight and moisture content. It is particularly suitable for replacing traditional nuclear quantitative measurement sensors. At present, nearly 200 such sensors have been installed on paper machines.
