1, the machine alarm host lubrication fault

In the normal operation of the machine, the lubricating oil of the main engine runs smoothly. After a relatively long shutdown, the oil in all the oil pipes has returned to the fuel tank. The oil in the fuel pipe has accumulated in some grooves, and the motor rotates. The flow rate of the oil pump at this time is relatively small, and the flow rate detection fails to detect the pressure that allows the host to operate; in another case, after the oil is at a standstill for a long time, impurities such as iron filings in the oil product flow after being precipitated and then affect the oil. Pressure relay detection gave a false signal.

2, the machine alarm air pressure is insufficient

Because at the time of resumption of work, the whole plant equipment needs to use the compressed air equipment to start at the same time, the air pressure is not enough, this kind of situation can only be operated after the factory air source is stable.

With regard to the air-pressure air, it must be mentioned that when the equipment is shut down, the temperature of the air-pressure air piping is quite high. After the shutdown, condensate water is formed in the piping. These condensate water will rust some parts, and the most damaging is the rotation of the feeder head. Distribution valve, distribution valve rusted immediately after the boot, in some cases directly rusted, leading to the drive of the feeder's drive chain collapse, even if it can open up, rusty part of the iron will make the distribution valve internal wear intensified, resulting in late suction The paper strength was reduced and there was a problem with feeder feeding.

Corresponding measures are: after shutting off the gas source, try to exhaust the residual pressure as much as possible, or vent the gas after waiting for the temperature of the pipeline to fall. For safety reasons, take out the distribution valve, do cleaning and maintenance, avoid dust, and prevent rust. Safeguard.

Including many valve distribution valves, because the residual gas and residual impurities in the gas will cause the work of the distribution valve to be unstable, and subsequent brake and clutch operations may cause abnormality through the control of the distribution valve, so it is recommended that equipment or production operators let go of the residue. gas pressure.

3, the machine's system does not start up

Deadlock shutdown requires a few power-on reboots to produce, and some machines will have uncommon failures.

Some circuit board components have a very high requirement for the square wave of the DC power supply, and the crash and start-up occurs. The biggest reason for failure other than grounding is that this is not the case.

4, all kinds of abnormal sound

For such a situation, you can refer to the manufacturer's weekly insurance or monthly insurance program to do a maintenance, lubrication of the lubrication place, in order to reduce the possibility of such occurrences. In addition, the captain must first jog the device before starting the machine, and then run it slowly for a few minutes. At the same time, check whether the safety devices are effective.
