Shanghai Patent Trading Center Listing

The Shanghai Patent Trade Center was recently established on the Shanghai Intellectual Property Park. At the same time, the nation’s first patent product exhibition hall was officially opened, and the “one door” service for intellectual property rights was officially opened.
The Shanghai Intellectual Property Service Center has launched a “one door” service for intellectual property rights at the Patent Trade Center, established a perennial service counter, and provided four consulting service models for visitors, intellectual property hotlines, networks, and specialized agencies. The service areas include patents, trademarks, copyrights, customs protection of intellectual property rights, computer software registration, online domain name registration consultation, and intellectual property rights infringement analysis, and many other areas, covering such areas as intellectual property assessment, licensing, trading, and transfer.
In addition, the Shanghai Intellectual Property Park will also open a patent information exchange system to realize the negotiation of patent business in the Yangtze River Delta region, information dissemination, project recommendation, and professional knowledge training visualization. The system is expected to be launched in early June along with the Shanghai Patent Exchange.
