Prof. Guan Consheng, professor of the School of Chemical Engineering of Shandong University, and other senior high-performance anticorrosive polymer materials used in high-temperature and high-pressure chemical equipment research and development projects passed the appraisal in September 2003. Experts at the meeting believe that this technology is at the forefront of the domestic market in the optimization of coating formulations and the preparation of functional composite coatings.
The color blending modification method of the project studied the coating of polyepoxy-propylene-propylene (FEP) and polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) as the main film-forming substances, through the mixed material regression test, optimized the design of the primer formula, and utilized the layered transition. Methods Polyfluoroethylene-propylene and polyphenylene sulfide resins were organically combined to obtain a functional composite coating with excellent corrosion-resistance and heat resistance and high bond strength. The study also for the first time the strength of the coating and the metal as the evaluation criteria for the performance of the coating, combined with strength as the evaluation criteria for the performance of the coating, combined with the strength test shows that the bond strength of the coating substrate and the metal up to 45MPa.
