Non-circular plastic bottle trimming machine

The Belvac Machinery Manufacturing Company in Lynchburg, Virginia, USA, has newly designed the DTNR series of rotary edgers that can be used to modify non-circular bottle necks used to process plastic bottles by extrusion blow molding, as well as narrow and wide-mouth plastic bottles. . This type of edger can trim 200 plastic containers per minute, or trim 12,000 containers per hour. Suitable for handling any kind of resin-made plastic bottles, including high-density polyethylene, polypropylene, polyethylene terephthalate plastic bottles and multi-layer composite plastic plastic bottles. Belvac claims that its patented trimming machine can be used to remove burrs, burrs and raised parts from plastic parts. At the "Pack Expo 2004" international exhibition held in Chicago from November 7th to 11th, 2004, Belvac presented the DTNR series of trimming machines.
