What is your sample policy?
1. Sample will be sent to you by express with freight collect, so please inform us your courier account nr.

What is the delivery date?
Our products are normally shipped within 45 days after order confirmation. But it may take longer or shorter up to different order quantity or other special cases.
What is your payment status
For production orders our terms are 30% deposit upon order placement and balance 70% after Bill of Lading copy. L/C at sight or T/T is acceptable for the deposit 30% payment.
The production order will not be processed until the deposit payment has been received, so please build this into your lead time.
