Desktop: high density board with edges covered by injection moulding PE plastic 
Desk bucket: high quality steel stretch forming.
Desk frame: Upper oval frame 20 * 50 * 1.2mm high quality steel; Lower oval frame 25 * 55 * 1.2mm high quality steel, connected with upper frame by drive pipe, and to be tightened by M8 plastic handle knob;
Landing feet are protected by high-quality PP plastic covers; the lower frame and landing legs are connected by an M8 allen wrench;
Chair surface: 380*360*18mm, high density board with edges covered by injection molding PE plastic once.
Chair rest back: 390*180*18mm,high density board with edges covered by injection moulding PE plastic.
Chair upper frame: 20*50*1.2mm high quality oval steel tube welded with 20*20*1.2mm high quality square tube.
Chair lower frame: 25*55*1.2mm high quality oval steel. Drive pipes are used to connect the upper and under frame; fastened by adjusting the knob of M8 plastic handle; the four feet of lower frame are protected by high quality PP plastic covers, and the lower frame is connected with the foot stand by M8 inside hexagonal bolt.
 
The metal parts of are welded by carbon-dioxide arc welding; treated by degreasing, phosphating and shot blasting as well; coated by anti-static and dust-free spray painting.
 
Selling points:
Knob type adjusting and fastening way is convenient for students of different height to adjust.
Bag hanger(optional accessories) are available on two sides of the desk, which is convenient for students to hang light items. Pen groove is available in front, prevent pens from falling down.
The feet of desk and chair are held by plastic suit with PVC anti-skidding mat, both resisting skidding and decreasing noise, thus to adjust the balance.
Both the chair surface and the chair rest back is made by blow-molding process, designed ergonomically, thus to relieve students' studying fatigue and correct their sitting position.
Use inside hexagonal bolt, assemble simply.
Modular design makes the assembly simple and single carton packing is realized, which results to a smaller packing size and a safe delivery.
