Kunming waste plastic recycling to achieve a major breakthrough in new technology

Kunming Jianyun Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd. adopted the principle of selective cracking to study and design a relatively complete set of new technologies for the recovery of waste plastics and to solve the problems of practicality, safety, and economy of the process. Four major breakthroughs have been made:

The first is the successful development of the BS-01 multi-metal ion catalyst, which allows the waste plastics to be cracked between the molecular chains of gasoline and diesel, and directly splits the waste plastic into gasoline and diesel.

The second is to use synthetic polymer materials or natural polymer materials containing aromatic hydrocarbons in the cracking process, so that the fuel produced has no annoying smell.

The third is the successful design of a pyrolysis reactor using waste plastic directly.
The fourth is to explore and improve the technological operating conditions to make the operation simple and safe. There is no secondary pollution in the production process, and the remaining dust, like cement, can also be used in construction.
