Hormel develops two-level horizontal thermoforming/filling/seal bags

Hormel's double-web horizontal thermoform/fill/seal bags can hold 8 ounces of product with a slide zipper mounted on a film with rectilinear laser scoring. This package uses five layers of coextruded film, including a nylon/adhesive/EVOH barrier/EVA seal layer. The zippered slide is a five-layer coextrusion product containing EVOH.
