According to reports, the newly developed packaging machine is composed of an inner tube device (filter) and an outer tube device (vacuum). The inner tube consists of a metal filter and a porous metal plate. When the spiral device conveys the treated powder, the air in the powder is pumped away, leaving the air between the particles to continue to be degassed by a special filter in the inner tube without releasing any particles. The developed vacuum suction device and screw compression action increase the bulk density of the powder and reduce the powder package. The packing machine uses a special filter to make vacuum degassing, spiral compression, automatic metering and packaging into one process, with the advantages of energy saving, less dust, and improved operating environment. It can be used for the processing and packaging of flour and other powder materials.
