At the same time, according to the principle of producing exothermic reaction of chlorine wax, the boiler steam was eliminated, and there was no "three wastes" standard in production, and the purpose of shortening the reaction cycle of the product and increasing the acceptance rate and quality of the product was achieved. The production cycle has dropped from the past 17 hours to the current 6 hours, not only greatly saving chlorine, but also increasing the quality of hydrochloric acid as a by-product. The chlorinated paraffin products produced through this process are increased by 25%, the plasticity of the products is increased by 10%, the acid value is reduced to below 0.01%, and the technical indicators rank at the advanced level in the domestic industry. The products have been successively used in the production of plastics, rubber, paints and insulation materials, and have been well received by users. At present, the new production technology has passed the acceptance and testing of provincial and municipal environmental protection, chemical and other departments, and has a very good promotion prospects and high economic and social benefits.
