According to the company's semi-annual report, the total book value of the net assets of the three paper-making chemicals companies was 368.7 million yuan, and the actual transaction price was only 80% of the net asset value.
The company said that the sale of the shares of the three paper chemicals subsidiaries will mainly reduce the related assets of the company and the original paper chemicals business. Zhongchuang Zunhui Group Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zhongchuang Jinkong Trading Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Beijing Huishi Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd. Mr. Wang Guanghui holds 20% equity of Beijing Huishi Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd., and Ms. Song Anfang holds 80% equity of Beijing Huishi Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd.
