I. Introduction
In the packaging printing inks, anodized aluminum hot stamping used to improve the decorating effect has played an indelible role for the packaging industry due to the brilliant effect of metal glittering.
Organic color aluminum and inorganic metal electrochemical aluminum used in the hot stamping the earliest, its specifications are 8 #, 12 #, 15 # and hot stamping temperature control 75 °C ~ 90 °C, 60 °C ~ 70 °C points. Usually flat and round flattening manual and automatic hot stamping machinery, hot stamping range is divided into ink paper, glossy paper, polystyrene, PVC hard plastic and soft PVC plastic and wood and other types.
Most of the galvanized aluminum is made of a polyester film supported (film base), a resin layer coated with an alcohol-soluble dye, vacuum metallized aluminum and copper and organic color dyes, and then coated with an adhesive layer. The stamping or curved air embossing with metal engraving, metal corrosion or photosensitive resin platen hot press stamping on books, plastics, leather and other materials (commonly known as hot copper, aluminum, and color anodized aluminum) has greatly improved The added value of packaging and decoration. At present, due to the shortage of resources and expensive prices of electrochemical aluminum, as well as waste pollution and time spent processing photolithography, it has long been unable to meet the requirements of the packaging and printing industry, and it is unable to meet the needs of the advertising and building materials industries. Therefore, it is imperative to look for a quality and cheap alternative to non-platen hot stamping ink.
Based on the above research, we carried out an analysis of the properties of anodized aluminum and research work on non-platen hot stamping ink products. After repeated trials, trial production and comparative demonstrations, the hot stamping inks we developed can approach the effect of the use of anodized aluminum on printing materials. The ink system is rich in raw materials, and its price is higher than that of conventional aluminum duty rooms. In the hot stamping ink system, we boldly used Tianjin Lisheng Chemical Factory's 1 introduction of antioxidants to improve the resistance of the stamping products; 2 Introduce anti-ultraviolet absorbers to enhance and extend the quality characteristics of the stamping products; 3Introduce stability In order to improve the stability of the hot stamping ink in storage and transportation. Through the use of tests, not only can replace the aluminum foil in the traditional round flat or flat pressure printing machine on the hot stamping, but also more suitable for rotary round-round round large-volume direct hot stamping and manual room temperature or hot stamping process technology. The development of this product has opened up a new hot stamping route for China's packaging industry, cultural and educational propaganda, building materials, and advertising accessories.
Between exploration and reality, practice and science, what is condensed is the pursuit, struggle and hard work of human civilization. We learn from the use and performance of traditional anodized aluminum to explore the production of non-platen hot stamping ink to simplify the production process of the un-stamped hot stamping technology, trying to adapt to the high efficiency and fast pace of today's economic development.

The non-platen stamping ink developed by us not only replaces the aluminum foil in practical performance, but also satisfies the needs of users in the entire printing industry, and at the same time can more easily expand the needs of people's daily life.
