The test results showed that the white rabbit milk sugar contained glucose 1.56%, sucrose 21.40%, fructose 3.75%; Wangzi milk sugar contained glucose 1.17%, sucrose 30.29%, fructose 3.30%; golden monkey milk sugar contained glucose 1.08%, sucrose 20.86 %, Fructose 3.31%. This method has been used to detect three sugars in milk sugar. The effect is good.
