Objective To establish a method for determining the content of the main drug in risperidone raw materials. Methods High performance capillary electrophoresis was used for determination. Using 50mmol / L, PH = 6.5 phosphate buffer as the electrophoresis medium, uncoated quartz capillary (75μm × 78.5cm, effective length 70cm) as the separation channel, liquid pressure differential injection, (injection height 100mm, injection 25s), the separation voltage is 15kV, the detection wavelength is 280nm, and the operating temperature is 30 ℃. Results Risperidone showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.20mg / ml ～ 2.0mg / ml, r = 0.9995. The sample recovery rate was 98.87%, and the RSD was 1.084% (n = 5). Conclusion The method is fast, simple, highly sensitive and reproducible. It can be used for the determination of risperidone raw materials.
