Cloud and Wooden Toys Innovation Design Competition

Recently, the 2007 China Cloud and Wooden Toy Innovation Design Competition kicked off. This year's competition will collect outstanding creative design works from all over the world. All the finalists and award-winning works will be exhibited at the 2007 China Wooden Toy Festival.

The competition was hosted by the Industrial Design Branch of the China Mechanical Engineering Society, the Zhejiang Convention and Exhibition Society, and the Yunhe County People's Government. The main purpose is to promote the capacity building of independent innovation, enhance the research and development capabilities of the wooden toy industry, and improve the design level and market competitiveness of the wooden toy industry. The entries are divided into children's toys and adult intellectual toys . The highest award is 20,000 yuan.

Since the start of the competition, the theme of the competition has been received by the design committees of the design companies or toy companies, professional designers, teachers and students of industrial design in universities, and toy design hobbies around the theme of “creative toys, harmonious life, and taste of nature”. Hundreds of design works, including freelance designers.

It is also known that for green design and environmentally friendly toy design product solutions with certain market value and mass production feasibility, cloud and toy enterprises can give priority to the industrialization of design solutions, and designers can also apply for patents and product solutions.
