1. Ink formulation and preparation process

Imported ACD colorful phosphor 9g, with water 25ml; analytical purity clarifier 4g, water distribution 25ml; oxalic acid 2g, water distribution 8ml.

When preparing, pour the 3 groups of solutions into 3 measuring cups respectively, and mix them with the required amount of fresh water to completely dissolve the components. After filtration, the three solutions of ACD colorful phosphor, analytical pure clarifier and oxalic acid were successively packed into dark glass bottles and capped tightly. The freshly prepared colorful emulsion can not be used immediately. Generally, it needs to be placed for about 10 days. After 10 days, it can be used with it and it is convenient to use. The prepared colorful emulsion has a shelf life of about 1 year.

2. Coated colorful emulsion

Place the T-shirt on the air press and press it flat. In an environment that is not exposed to direct sunlight, apply the pre-made colorful emulsion to the surface of the T-shirt or other fabric evenly with a fine-lined pen. The size of the graphic determines the coating range. After coating the colorful emulsion, hang the T-shirt with a drying rack, blow dry quickly with a fan, and fold it over for use. This technology is suitable for both batch processing and personalization

3. Imaging technology

After the photo or design pattern is scanned and printed on the transfer paper (image), the transfer paper is faced to the surface of the film coated with the colorful emulsion on the T-shirt, and put into the imprinter for light pressure, after 5 seconds , Open the embossing machine, remove the transfer paper, clear and bright color portraits or patterns can be transferred to the T-shirt.

The final procedure is to rinse the Chameleon T-shirt in clean water and dry it.
