1 Characteristics of Cationic Dispersing Adhesives

3 How to use

Reverse sizing. Can be used directly. It is recommended to add points before and after the slush pump. Continuously added with metering pump. Or after the pressure sieve, the amount of dry fiber is 0.5% ~ l. 0%. Retention aids can be added at the same location. The DH value of sizing is controlled from 5.5 to 7.0, and the pH of whitewater under the net is controlled from 5.5 to 7.0.

4 Cautions for use

(1) When using cationic disperse rosin gums as conditions permit, the original sizing system should be cleaned.

(2) The cationic dispersion rosin gum itself contains a certain charge density. Can be left on the surface of the negative charge fiber, but if there is interference with anions and impurities in the paste, a certain amount of aluminum sulfate must be added to adjust.

(3) Reverse sizing can reduce anion interference and reduce the amount of cationic rosin gum. Reduce the cost of sizing.

(4) The adding point is near the net front box to reduce the residence time of the cation-dispersed rosin gum in the slurry, especially when the summer temperature is high. Long exposure times are harmful.

(5) The use of a slip aid can ensure the retention of cationic rosin gum.

5 Application on Culture Paper Machines

(1) Paper machine: 1760mm long net multi-cylinder, speed 300m · min-1, production of quantitative 50 ~ 100g · m-2 writing, offset paper.

(2) Application effect

We added the test in accordance with the characteristics of cationic dispersion rubber and the use requirements. The amount of ton paper is reduced from l3kg to 9kg, the pH value is adjusted from 5 to 6.5, and the full test is performed under the condition that the sizing degree is controlled at 25 to 30gm-2 (absorption method); 0.6% of the front net box 550SR, pH 6.8. Under the net white water concentration of 0.2%, pH value of 7.0, retention rate of 62%, paper surface absorption of 28g · m-2, stable production 48h, paper absorption, retention rate, cation dispersion of rosin gum in the stability of the control Range, paper machine copying normal. The paper's degree of folding resistance increased from 5 to 7 times to 7 to 9 times, and the length of longitudinal cracks increased by about 15% to 4.8 km. The opacity was still between 90% and 91%. Other indicators have not changed.

6 Cost Comparison

The cost per ton of paper saponification rosin gum is about 65 yuan, and the cost for disperse rosin gum is about 55 yuan. Comparison of the two: the use of cationic dispersible rosin ton paper can reduce the cost of about 10 yuan.

7 Precautions

(1) The particle size of the dispersible rosin must be ensured that the 200-mesh filter solution is free of impurities, otherwise, the paper is prone to bond and form holes.

(2) The pH value of the headbox is controlled within 7.0, otherwise there is a problem of quality degradation due to the sizing.

(3) The retention rate must be stable, otherwise there will be problems with lowering the degree of sizing.

(4) Disperse the rosin gum batch to ensure product stability, pay attention to observe the particle size.
