The business form print quality system includes four levels of indicators: size and fit, color and ink, anti-counterfeiting features, and appearance characteristics. The above experiment can draw the following conclusions:
a) The width of the multi-copy pen traces is increased by layers, and the edges are increasingly blurred;
b) The font density increases first and then decreases, and the font becomes clearer;
c) The single index given on the one hand to the multi-copy resolution is inaccurate and must be more accurate and complete from the width of the imprint and the Bardot.
According to the results of mass production experiments, we consider two aspects when formulating the index of multiple-copying and writing clarity: the increase in density is beneficial to observation, and the decrease in density should not exceed the lower limit; the increase in the width of the print should not exceed a certain limit.
