Increased power of the machine

The main purpose of enhancing the power of the machine is to increase the production of the bottle and create the necessary prerequisites for ensuring the stability of the machine. The superior shock-absorbing function has been installed in all BLOMAX blow-molding machines while optimizing the mandrel transmission, increasing the flexibility of the conveying arm without reducing the accuracy of the machine, and the original rigid manipulator being softened. Alternative.

Starting with the BLOMAX14 3rd generation blow moulding machine, all the transfer wheels are equipped with independent overload protection coupling and are easier to adjust. These improvements improve the bearing capacity of the machine, thereby increasing speed and further reducing wear.

Improved stretch rod system

The new stretching system is an optimized mechanical stretching rod.

In the past, the mechanical up and down motion of all stretch rods was controlled by a single cam. In the event of a fault, only aerodynamic decoupling can separate all devices. Therefore, when the production process is stagnant, the machine must be shut down and restarted. This will result in unnecessary manpower and material losses.

Now using pneumatic coupling, the stretching effect of each blowing station can be separated independently. With the corresponding device software, customers can bring many benefits.

In the event of equipment failure, an independent workstation can be "stopped" without disturbing the production process. Poor preforms can be rejected and production performed as usual.

This improvement also means that customers can use the new "convenience" program. For example, the machine can use only part of the workstations to run "economy" mode. This not only contributes to the start of production but also ensures the saving of raw materials during the maintenance or trial operation of the equipment.

Optimized Fan Cooling Control

Fan cooling control is also optimized. The thermometer can measure the actual temperature of the preform surface at any time, and if necessary, adjust the fan motor speed accordingly.

Comprehensive data collection

After the software has been adapted, the BLOMAX blow-molding equipment can be combined with the production data acquisition system of SlG Simonazil filling equipment. This reflects the advantages of the entire line of suppliers.

Wide range of equipment

BLOMAX machines have more models and applications. For example, BLOMAX 4 to 20-bottle blower hot filling design has been applied to the production of heat-resistant bottles.

The BLOMAX 4, 6 and 8 chamber blow moulders are suitable for the special heating of oval bottles. The MEVISCO image monitoring system monitors the positioning of the preform and the quality of the thread on the bottle.

New developments in piping design

The improved “compact blowing station” makes the floor space of the BLOMAX24 third generation blower consistent with the BLOMAX20 third generation blower. Due to the compact design of the machine structure, the volume of bottles produced is limited to 2 liters. The BLOMAX24 third-generation blow moulder has an output of up to 40,000 per hour. A more convenient new stretching equipment service system is also planned, such as "run a single blowing station" or "pause" a designated blowing station, to make weekend maintenance work possible.

Compressed air recycling is a feature of all BLOMAX blow moulders, which has become increasingly important and will be further improved to make it more user-friendly.
