2, the installation of the blanket

3, pad blanket to regulate

When blankets are used, slight indentations can be restored using “benzene”, and shimming methods are often used for areas with heavy pressure. When shimming the blanket, the location of the shimming should first be drawn. This location must be accurate. It is usually the place where the blanket is detached to use the strokes to make a good shimming. Different thicknesses of paper can be selected according to the severity of the crushed rubber blanket. It is better to pad a layer or pad two layers. The less grease used, the better. , It is best to apply grease, hand gently scratch it, so that the thickness of the grease as thin as possible, if the pad is not standardized will change the printing pressure, affect product quality.

4, blanket cleaning

During the printing process, it is necessary to wash blankets, especially when the printing quality requirements are high. Every time, we must carefully remove the impurities such as ink, paper, and paper powder that have accumulated on the surface. Otherwise, these impurities accumulate on the surface of the blanket and the printing pressure will change, which will affect the quality of the printed matter.

Due to the different newsprint paper used in printing newspapers, there are more paper powders, and there will be a thick layer on the blanket for printing. At this time, it is necessary to pay attention to the cleaning of blankets to avoid affecting the quality of the paper sticking on the printed matter.

5, blanket maintenance

After a certain period of use of the blanket, there will be a certain degree of aging. If there is a replacement blanket, it is best to remove the blanket every two weeks or one month, wipe the surface completely with “benzene”, dry with fossil powder, and rotate it after one cycle to improve the transfer performance of the blanket. Effective use rate.
