Analysis of Image Deformation after Offset Printing

The image distortion after printing mentioned here refers to the distortion of the image after offset printing.

Symptom 1: Dangling imprints to one side

First check whether the blanket is installed obliquely, whether it is not flat and whether the tightness of the two sides is the same. If the trace is thrown to one side, the top plate can be used for correction. If it is still thrown to one side, the pressure between the plate cylinder and the blanket cylinder or between the blanket cylinder and the impression cylinder can be reduced, and the other side can also be aggravated between the plate cylinder and the blanket cylinder or the blanket cylinder and the imprint. The pressure between the rollers, pay attention to the balance of the roller, the error of both sides of the new machine does not exceed 0.05mm, the error of both sides of the old machine does not exceed 0.10mm.

Symptom 2: Cross-linear printing becomes a curve

If you bend downwards (bend to the mouth), you can reduce the gap between the transfer pad and the impression roller at this bend, and also reduce the gap between the paper pad and the feed table at this bend; if you bend upwards, , It can increase the gap between the transfer paper pad and the impression cylinder of this bending part, and can also increase the gap between the paper feeding pad and the paper feed table of this bending part. The gap between the transfer tooth pad and the impression cylinder and the transfer pad and the feed table is generally slightly larger than the thickness of the printed paper.
