Analysis of FDM 3D printer and its applicable materials

A 3D printer is a device that can "print" real three-dimensional objects, which is completely different from the traditional machining technology for removing materials. It uses layered processing and superimposed forming, that is, by adding materials layer by layer to generate 3D solids. It is called a "printer" because the process and technical principles of layered processing are very similar to inkjet printing. Compared with the traditional model manufacturing technology, 3D printing has the advantages of fast speed, cheap price and ease of use.

1. FDM3D printer

The domestic 3D printers adopt the most manufacturing and material cost FDM fusion lamination molding technology in the process. It is a process of heating, melting and molding various wires of standardized diameters according to the cross-sectional profile information in the computer under the control of the computer, and the melted materials are stacked in the path to form processed products. The print head of the 3D deposition printer is the most critical part of print quality and reliability. It mainly includes two functions, one is to complete the wire feeding accuracy as required, and the second is to melt the sent wire into a molten state by heating, and then Extruded through the nozzle. The drive generally uses a stepping motor to ensure accurate wire feed.

(1) Wire feed mechanism

The material wire presses the material wire to the driving gear teeth through the V-groove bearing. The motor rotates under the control of the driving circuit. The driving gear teeth drive the material wire forward to feed.

(2) Extrusion head

The material sent by the stepper motor enters the material guide tube. Due to the heating effect of the heating block, the material wire is first softened in the material tube, and it is completely molten in the extrusion head. As the filament enters, the molten material is extruded from the small hole under the extrusion head to form a fuse, as shown in Figure 3.

Bathroom Cabinet

A bathroom cabinet is a cabinet in a bathroom, most often used to store hygiene products, toiletries, and sometimes also medications such that it works as an improvised medicine cabinet.

Bathroom cabinets are usually placed under sinks, over sinks, or above toilets. Many mirror cabinets are combined with a lamp that illuminates the mirror and thereby (especially in small bathrooms) also the room.

Bathroom cabinets often either have an integrated electrical socket or are placed close to one so that appliances such as an electric shaver or hairdryer can be used.

Bathroom cabinets have become much more technologically advanced with retailers today offering features like Bluetooth audio, mood lighting, and anti-fog technology.
