After swiping the card on the POS machine, after entering the password, the POS machine did not print the small ticket, but the card holder received the debit memo message.

This phenomenon is caused by poor communication. After the card is swiped, the POS machine sends a request for payment to the card issuing bank. After receiving the application, the card issuing bank will send back a receipt signal and send a card deduction message to the cardholder. In this process, if the POS communication is not smooth and the receipt signal is not received, the above phenomenon will occur. (Note: In general, after 12 o'clock in the evening, the card will be returned to the cardholder's card)

Solutions:
1. Re-mark a small ticket (confirm whether you can reprint this transaction ticket, if you can't proceed to the next step)
2, in the menu: "inquiry" - "check log" - "bank card number query" (enter the cardholder's bank card number, confirm whether there is a record of the transaction in the pos machine, if there is a record that the paper of the POS machine is not If it is installed or the printer is bad, you need to reload the paper or repair the customer service to replace the machine. If not, proceed to the next step)
3, re-sign in, and then do a penny of consumption on the POS machine (the purpose is to trigger the correction)
4. After the successful recovery, (the cardholder will receive a refund message sent by the bank, some banks will not send the SMS), and re-swipe the transaction.
